New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a 17-year-old, a beautician by profession, fell to death from the fourth floor of an apartment under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday (November 15 ) night in Lucknow’s Dubagga area.
According to Police, the 17-year-old fell off after an argument with her alleged lover Sufiyan (19).
The girl’s family alleged that Sufiyan used to harass Nidhi Gupta and pushed her from the fourth floor of the apartment when she went to report his misconduct to his family.
Soon the girl was rushed to the KGMU trauma centre where she was declared brought dead by the doctors. In the FIR, the girl’s mother alleged that her daughter was being harassed by Sufiyan.

The victim’s mother also said that on that night the girl along with her mother and elder sister and uncle had gone to the youth and complain to his family.
At the time when both the families were talking to each other, an argument between Sufiyan and the girl started and he pushed her from the fourth floor.
The victim’s body has been sent for autopsy, said ADCP, west zone, Chiranjeev Nath Sinha.
In the preliminary findings, it has been found that the girl was in love with Sufiyan and was upset with him because he had made some disparaging remarks against her family.
He also said that she went to confront the Sufiyan who lived on the third floor of the apartment. After a heated argument, she climbed to the fourth floor and jumped off.
Sufiyan is absconding after the incident, the Police said.
Meanwhile, an investigation is underway to verify the complaint lodged by the girl’s family.
