New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a video of 24-year-old man brutally hitting and assaulting a 19-year-old woman for her marriage proposal has gone viral on social media.
According to the reports, the incident is said to have been taken place in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa district.
In the heart-wrenching incident, a couple can be walking together and holding each others hand when he suddenly starts slapping her, and mercilessly kicking her on her face and all over her body.
According to Police, the incident is said to have occurred on Wednesday following which the accused was initially detained but was later released as he was detained under Section 151.
The local police was informed about the incident by the victim but did not file any complaint.
After the video has gone viral on social media, he has now been under serious charges, but he is absconding.
He has also been charged under section 323 and several other.

Meanwhile, Police said a case has also been registered against the person who shot the video and circulated it based on the complaint of the woman.
