New Delhi: Night curfew to be put in place from December 25 from 11 pm-5 am. Not more than 200 people allowed in weddings, said Uttar Pradesh Government on Friday (December 24).
This decision comes amid growing concern over covid and omicron cases in the country.
The Health Ministry today said that over 358 cases of Omicron variant of coronavirus have been detected in India so far.
Earlier, Madhya Pradesh government had imposed a night curfew in the state from 11 pm to 5 am as a precautionary measure and advised people to strictly follow COVID-19 protocols.
