New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Brigade Parade Ground was a full house in every sense may it be on the ground or social media. After weeks of speculation, veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty finally joined the BJP ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections at a rally.
But this was just not it, the crowd that gathered at the rally was epic and this view will definitely going to shake the opponents. When PM Modi reached the stage, the whole Kolkata echoed with the slogans of Modi-Modi.
The Prime Minister started his speech with slogans of Vande Matram and Bharat Mata ki Jai.

PM Modi fiercely targeted the opponents in front of this huge crowd. With this, PM Modi also announced that if the BJP government is formed here, how will he fulfill his dream of Sonar Bangla which he has seen.
While addressing a rally in Brigade Parade Ground took a jibe at West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. PM Modi said, ‘ Some days back, when you (Mamata Banerjee) rode a scooty, everyone was praying that you are not hurt. It is good that you didn’t fall, otherwise, you would have made enemy the state where the scooty was manufactured.

“I have had the privilege of addressing hundreds of rallies in political life, but in such a long tenure I have never been blessed with such a mass of people. During my helicopter ride, I saw people rushing towards Brigade Ground,” PM Modi said.
“This land of Bengal has given energy to our values. This land of Bengal given a new life in the freedom movement of India. This land of Bengal increased India’s pride in the science of knowledge,” he said.
“This Brigade Parade Ground has been witness to many great leaders and also witnessed those who have disrupted West Bengal’s progress. People of Bengal never left their hopes for change. Kolkata and Bengal are very important places of inspiration for India. The slogan ‘Brigade Chalo’ has been echoed many times in the Brigade Ground in the past decades. This ground has seen many patriots,” he added.
