New Delhi: Prakash Javdekar on Thursday said that Rahul Gandhi walked out of a Parliamentary Committee on Defence. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that Rahul Gandhi has only attended 2 meetings out of the 14 meetings in the past one-and-a-half years and then he complains “why the important issues not discussed in the meeting.”
When Rahul Gandhi was in power during the UPA rule, he had torn a cabinet decision and had thrown it away in the dustbin. That is how much respect he has for Constitutional procedures, said Prakash Javdekar.
Rahul Gandhi should learn to respect constitutional institutions or else his role in democracy will become negligible.
