Reciprocate with patience, do not lose your self-control: CM Yogi to Health workers

In view of the health safety of the policemen, who are tirelessly working to make sure people of the state are safe, CM yogi has asked the Home Department and Health Department to make necessary arrangements in the police line.

Lucknow: Asking officials of the Integrated COVID Command Centre and health workers to stay sensitive and use good language towards COVID-19 patients, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the staff should display calmness and patience.

“It is important to be sensitive. If the patient or his family member loses anger, we should reciprocate with patience and calm. The officials should counsel and sensitize the public about the treatment and state’s welfare scheme benefits,” said the CM while addressing a high-level meeting.

He also said that all the calls should be attended and officials of ICCC should be constantly in touch with the people.

At the same time, in a stern warning, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said that indecency with COVID-19 warriors will also not be tolerated in any situation.

Ensuring the safety of Health workers and COVID warriors, the CM instructed the officials to take strict action against such incidents under relevant sections of IPC.

When the entire country is battling against the deadly coronavirus, lakhs of corona warriors are fully dedicated day and night, ensuring the safety of people. Teleconsultation For COVID And Non-COVID Patients

The CM also directed his officials to make teleconsultation arrangements for COVID and non-COVID patients in every district of the state. For this, special teams should be constituted in the districts by the District Health Department.

He also ordered to set up a panel of specialist physicians who will be sharing correct information to the people about who needs to be hospitalised, who needs Remdesivir, and who requires oxygen.

The CM also said that there is no shortage of oxygen, medicines, or other life-saving drugs. It is the fear among people that they are collecting these things at their home which is adversely affecting the system.

Oxygen Tankers To Increase Capacity Of Oxygen Transport

The number of tankers for supply has also increased. As many as 64 tankers have been deployed in this work. In addition, 20 tankers are supplying directly to hospitals in various districts. Eight new tankers are also being received from the Government of India. Apart from this, oxygen is being supplied from Jamshedpur. All oxygen tankers should be equipped with GPS. They should be monitored live. Oxygen audit work should be done at a rapid pace.

Strict Action For Illegal Recovery

In some districts, there have been reports of illegal recovery from patients. These people are the culprits of humanity. Police should take strict action against such people, said CM on Thursday.
