New Delhi: In a shocking incident, Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) MP Prabhakar Reddy was stabbed in the stomach in broad daylight, while he was on campaign trail for the upcoming Assembly elections.
BRS MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy was attacked with a knife by unidentified person during election campaign in Surampalli village of Daultabad mandal of Siddipet district.

The incident happened when BRS Parliamentarian was campaigning for upcoming elections in Surampally village of Doulathabad mandal on Monday. The BRS lawmaker was shifted to nearby Gajwel hospital for quick medical assistance and will be shifted to Hyderabad after initial treatment.
The identity of assailant is not known yet. The motive behind attack is yet to be known.
In the video that surfaced, BRS MP Prabhakar Reddy could be seen assisted by his supporters in getting inside the car after knife attack.
Reddy was campaigning for the party for the upcoming Assembly elections, scheduled for November 30.
