New Delhi: Yogi government 2.0 presented its annual Budget for the Financial year 2023-24 in the Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday. This is one of the largest Budget being tabled by Finance Minister Suresh Khanna.
This is 7th Budget of Yogi government since 2017. The main focus of Rs 7 lakh crore Budget is primarily on youth, women empowerment, infrastructure development, health & Education.

# In view of the possible increase in the number of tourists as a result of the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, the work of widening and beautification of 3 access roads is being done: FM Suresh Kumar Khanna
# International airports are under construction in Jewar and Ayodhya and soon 5 international airports will become functional in the state. State Govt has decided to increase the number of runways in Jewar Airport from 2 to 5: FM Suresh Khanna
# During the tenure of our government, the construction work of 4 airports has been completed so far & the construction work of 6 airports (Aligarh, Azamgarh, Moradabad, Shravasti, Chitrakoot and Sonbhadra) is nearing completion: FM Suresh Khanna
# In the coming years, 5 international and 16 domestic airports will become functional in the state, thus a total of 21 airports: FM Suresh Khanna

# Through the skill development mission, more than 12 lakh youth were trained in 6 years and Rs 4.88 lakh youth were employed in prestigious companies under the scheme of training students studying in government secondary schools of the state: UP FM
# Rs 3,600 crores will be provided in the financial year 2023-2024 to give tablets/smartphones to the eligible students of Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme. A provision of Rs 60 crores is proposed for UP Information Technology and Startups Policy: FM Suresh Khanna
# Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, in the year 2022-2023, more than Rs 51,639.68 Crores has been transferred directly to the bank accounts of farmers through DBT: FM Suresh Khanna
