India’s first wicket fell at 15 runs with Shikhar going back after scoring just 3 runs off 8 balls. After the first wicket fell, stepped in the king, Virat Kohli. The man in form who wasn’t looking in great touch from the past two ODIs grabbed this opportunity and smashed 250+ runs partnership with Ishan Kishan. Ishan is taking the innings forward with his aggressive approach as he smashed the double century in just balls with 9 sixes and 24 fours. This is the fastest double hundred in ODIs.
On the other hand, Virat Kohli is also no less as he is heading towards an exceptional century. India is right on top of the hosts with are an eye for a powerful finish. If things go well as they are an unachievable target is not far off. While Ishan Kishan has shattered many records and is now holds the record for the highest individual score against Bangladesh in ODI cricket.
Previously, Bangladesh won the toss and Captain Litton Das opted to bowl first. KL Rahul is captaining the Indian side as India’s skipper Rohit Sharma has been ruled out of the ODI series after a thumb injury in the 2nd ODI.
