Government of India had launched the PM SVANidhi scheme on June 1, 2020, to help poor street vendors, impacted by coronavirus, to resume livelihood activities.

Sunday lockdown has been lifted in Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi Aditynatah took the decision after presiding over a meeting with officials today.

"The airlines shall devise a mechanism to facilitate such a transfer. By the end of March 2021, the Airlines shall refund cash to the holder of the credit shell," the DGCA in its affidavit.

The country has witnessed significant stepping up in it's COVID testing capacity in the last 5 months. From just 160 labs testing Covid samples on 23rd of March this year, the country today has 1,027 govt labs and 625 private labs.
