New Delhi: UP provincial civil services (PCS) officer, Rinku Singh Rahi has cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam 2021. He scored the 683 and proved that hard work pays off. Rahi’s journey is inspiring for many others, even after being shot seven times in March 2009 he successfully made it to becoming an IAS officer.
Talking to Newsroom post he shared all his experiences, hiss tough times, his hardships, struggles, his positivity approach toward his life.
