New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated the second edition of ‘Semicon India 2023’ held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The three-day event is going to take place from 28 July 2023 to 30 July 2023. As per the statements of some known personalities in the field of semiconductors, India is going to achieve much more in the field of semiconductors from 2023 onwards. In Semicon India 2023, American-based chip company Micron said, it is going to build a semiconductor test facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and with the support of the Centre and Gujarat government, it is going to invest 2.75 dollars in the manufacturing of chips in Gujarat.
