Opportunist Pakistan wades into toolkit row, makes wild allegations over Disha Ravi arrest
New Delhi: Pakistan is back to its dirty game. Sniffing an opportunity to meddle in India’s internal affairs, Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has waded into Disha Ravi’s arrest and made baseless allegations to sensationalise the issue.
“India under Modi/RSS regime believes in silencing all voices against them … Now, they have also taken Disha Ravi for custody over Twitter toolkit case,” the ruling party of Pakistan said in a tweet.
India under Modi/RSS regime believes in silencing all voices against them as they did in IIOJK. Using cricketers & Bollywood celebrities narrative building was shameful enough, but now they have also taken Disha Ravi for custody over Twitter toolkit case. #IndiaHijackTwitter https://t.co/4kn6Cg0shh

It then said that “using cricketers and Bollywood celebrities narrative building was shameful enough, but now they have also taken Disha Ravi for custody over Twitter toolkit case.”

Disha Ravi, a 21-year-old climate activist, was arrested in connection with the “toolkit” shared by Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg. The toolkit is believed to have played key role in mobilising and instigating farmers to run riot on Delhi streets on January 26.
