New Delhi: Andalusia Parliament proceedings in Spain, turned into chaos when a rodent entered the session on Thursday.
While the Parliamentary proceedings were underway in Spain, a rat entered the Parliament and triggered chaos in the House.
Footage that has gone viral online shows Speaker of the House gasping in shock on catching sight of the rodent. Lawmakers were also seen jumping on their feet and scrambling to get away from it.
The rat went scampering under the chair and the tables causing chaos among the lawmakers. A footage of parliamentarians shrieking and jumping out of their seats at the sudden appearance of the rodent is now going viral on the internet.
The incident took place when members of the parliament were about to start the vote to designate Susana Diaz as senator. However, a gentle gesture came out when Juan Marin, the vice president of the organization, was finally able to capture the rat and take it out of the parliament.
