When and Where to Watch The Beautiful Game 

Leading OTT giant Netflix is set to stream The Beautiful Game from March 29th, 2024, making it available for all users who own a subscription to its services.

Earlier, on February 29, 2024, the digital platform also unveiled the show’s engaging trailer on Youtube where it received 9.5 Lakh views and 14k likes within a span of 27 days.

The Beautiful Game Plot

Mal ( Bill Nighy), who is the manager of England’s homeless soccer team, is organizing a soccer tournament called The Homeless World Cup, allowing homeless soccer fans to live their dream and compete in a football tournament against each other. Amid this, he gets impressed by the talent of a young passionate yet troubled soccer player Vinny (Micheal Ward), and ends up giving him the crucial position of striker in his team.

How Vinny, along with his other teammates makes their coach proud by leaving behind their painful past memories, fighting off various socio-economic challenges that stand in their way, and playing the best soccer of their lives is the remaining story of the movie.

In its stellar cast, The Netflix drama features a number of skilled actors including Bill Nighy, Micheal Ward, Tadashi Watanabe,  Kazuhiro Muroyama, Tadashi Watanabe, Tom Vaughan-Lawlor, Aoi Okuyama, Robin Nazari, Sheyi Cole, Callum Scott Howells, Kit Young among others in pivotal roles.

It is produced by Graham Broadbent, Anita Overland, and Peter Czernin under the banner of Blueprint Films and Film4.
