We have to make our life this slow movement, minute by minute, hour by hour, day after
day, never changing direction, never changing our objective, never allowing us to be
diverted by anything. All of us moving to that centre of healing, with each breath
spreading the light, the healing consciousness with every thought.
Dwelling on the healing and communicating it to every pore and cell of our body, contemplating on
humility and a clear understanding of our real identity. Let us understand fully today that
we must first access the healing light. See where are we? Then let us do all that is
needful to reach where we ought to be if we really understand where we ought to be.
Pledge that you will live in eternal happiness. Healing hugs from the thrust of the soul.
