Contained in the spirit of the day is an illuminating vibration of deep insight. Just when
you think there is movement,  you will connect to stillness. Just when you hear the
melody there will be a fragrance and just as you smell the divine grace, there will be a
caress.

Very strong vibrations and a presence of the light infiltrates every pore and cell of your
being. Take your time and be in this moment, and experience each step. As you stand ,
feel yourself slipping into tree consciousness. You are in a state of total relaxation . Now
you stand as the beautiful golden tree. The branches falling around you. The strong
branches and the broad golden leaves fall right over your head. Notice that the tree is
covered with many different coloured fruits that are delicious , in many shapes ,sizes
and colours. This is no ordinary tree, it has magical powers. Reach out and take a fruit
from the tree. Study it for a moment. See the colour, absorb the fragrance, now take a
bite and as the fruit slides down your throat, and into your stomach, something
wonderful begins to happen. A feeling of happiness begins to glow deep inside your
heart . The sensation begins simultaneously expanding in your heart and third eye
chakra. Be with this stillness and absorb the happiness. Healing hugs of spiritual joy.
