Use the mind to restore your consciousness to heal more. Then slowly activate your consciousness to heal the self. Purify your world with the light of the loving heart , knowing that you are in contact with your heart , your body and the sounds of your thoughts. Like water collecting in a lowland, all good fortune lies where there is a pure minded healing soul, actively healing. Know your heart is overflowing with happiness and love. Share with care.
