Steep yourself in the love you have for yourself and the others. Stay connected with
golden strings of light in your aura , know that you spread them for good health.
Meditation
Keeping your mind clear and heart full of love for others, know that as we all move
ahead with confidence in the togetherness of the world , we create a strong connection
with the light of grace. Spread this light by taking three deep breaths and see balls of
golden light leaving your aura and entering the lung tips of the people around you. See
these golden balls then multiply from their lung tips to spread through their act of
breathing. See the whole world covered with the golden balls of light restoring health
and fitness. See the disease energy going back to the source as love and light. Healing
hugs of benevolence and gratitude. Love from the frontier of devotion.
