Healing opportunity!
Let’s make the greatest shift, completely different from what was happening just a few minutes before. Let us understand and know that we are looking and then turning away from looking, sometimes in only one direction. We are always thinking, planning, chasing ideas, projections, perceptions and yet when we look into our mind, we often find only thoughts and emotions. Yet our mind has a glorious inner nature that can see, that our eventual journey is to be free of fear till the point of death. Looking within needs great courage, greater wisdom and the greatest love for the self. In the silence and stillness of the deepest compassion, stay, meditate, create a new way of loving life, looking at life and then finally living life. Healing hugs of being able to recognise inner nature. Love from the projections of new thought.
