Connect to the universe of healing light, beautiful soul healing, spreading happiness and joy in the heart of your healing heart. Know that you are slowly but surely awakening your heart will to create a better life for yourself. Affirm ‘I am happy, I am loved, I am peaceful!’
Know that the universe around you is generating a response to the sounds you just created. Harmonics of the universe are collaborating with each other to create a positive symphony of consciousness and thought to make you feel safe and secure. Welcome the sounds of your thoughts and know that they guide you to your heart. Know the safety of your heart as you slowly become aware of a green mist spreading around you, embracing you and loving you. Comforted by the light of love, see it spread out to all those you love and know that they respond by sending this light further to others. Thank them for their cooperation. See your body green on the inside and outside and know that you are loved, peaceful and happy. Healing hugs of a deep caring. Love from the reservoir of green.
