Meditation – The Healed Self!
Begin by connecting to your breath , filling you with a beautiful awareness of purity and strength. Know that the breath is also bringing you a fragrance of newness. Know that Divvya and I are sending you healing hugs filled with the pristine energies of pure healing grace. See that in your next breath in, you are filled with a luminous heart touched light of gold. This light flows straight to your feet. You are now seeing golden roots flowing out from your feet soles and going deep into the body of Mother Earth. These roots are becoming tinier and spreading far and wide, you know that they are multiplying into thousands of roots. The light flowing through them endless and immense. The roots touching the crystalline rocks, air pockets and rivers and lakes deep in the womb of Mother Earth . You and the energies are moving beyond the rocks and pebbles, entering the warmth of the caves of light and knowing that you are feeling the warmth of the fire in the heart of Mother Earth. You are grounded, earthed, connected and centred. You are in this spiritual moment in the supreme spiritual light of the healed self. Mother Earth is sending us protection and prayers for our safety and also exchanging the light through this healing moment and our connective presence to the source of healing Grace. Be in this moment for a few minutes, and at the end of this healing meditation replenish your aura by drinking a glass of water. The warmth and the heat from the light settling into every pore and cell of your body, replenishing you completely. Healing hugs of oneness. Love from the heart of hearts.
