Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh all decked up, visits ‘Jhumka Chowk’ in Bareilly

New Delhi: As the days are near to the release of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, both the actors have not left any stone unturned in the promotion of their upcoming film. Recently the actors visited Kanpur and Bareilly in order to promote their film. Alia shared some photographs with co-star Ranveer Singh from the famous Jhumka Chowk of Bareilly. Ranveer was decked up in an all-black ensemble meanwhile Alia was wearing a lime green chiffon saree. The duo posed in the famous Jhumka Chowk. Sharing the picture Alia wrote: ‘Pohonch gaye Bareilly Ke Bazaar Mein.’

Alia’s caption for the picture was in order to promote her latest trackWhat Jhumka from the film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The song is the remake of the famous song Jhumka gira re from the famous film Mera Saaya.

‘What Jhumka’ is sung by the melody master Arjit Singh and Jonita Gandhi and the lyrics are given by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The party anthem is composed by Madan Mohan and Pritam while the dance is Choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.

The actors also visited Kanpur to promote their film, here is a glimpse of their Kanpur visit.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani will be the directorial comeback of Karan Johar almost after nine years. The film also features Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Namit Das, Tota Roy Choudhury, Churni Ganguly, Kshitee Jog, Aamir Bashir, and Anjali Anand in key role. Till now, the makers have released the track including Tum Kya Mile, Ve Kamleya amd What Jhumka.

This is the second collaboration of Alia Bhatt and Rannveer Singh, they were earlier seen together in  2019 released ‘Gully Boy’ directed by Zoya Akhtar.
