New Delhi: Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh have reportedly purchased a 5BHK bungalow in Alibaug for Rs 22 crores. As per a report by Moneycontrol, The couple have paid a stamp duty of ₹1.32 crore for their second home.
The 5-BHK property is built-up in an area of 18,000 sq ft, spread across 2.25 acres, in the Mapgaon village located 10 minutes from Kihim Beach.
As per the registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com, the buyers of this Alibaug property are KA Enterprises LLP in which Deepika Padukone is a partner and RS Worldwide Entertainment Private Limited where Ranveer Singh is a director.

Several industrialists and celebrities have bungalows in the same locality, including Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow that overlooks the Thal beach. It barely takes an hour to travel between Alibaug and Mumbai.
According to Sandeep Reddy, co-founder, Zapkey.com, “We are seeing people buying their second home in recent times within the vicinity of Mumbai. Due to Covid-19, people look at a second home as an alternative and the work-from-home culture has given a boost to this sector”.
On the work front, Deepika has Shakun Batra’s yet-to-be-titled film, also featuring Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi, Hindi remake of Hollywood movie ‘The Intern’ with megastar Amitabh Bachchan and ‘Pathan’ with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
Meanwhile Ranveer will feature in Kabir Khan’s sports drama ’83’, ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ and ‘Cirkus’.
