New Delhi: Days after pictures of Bollywood biggies with Pak agents/sympathizers surfaced, creating flutter in the industry, a fresh controversy has broken out.
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is at the centre of controversy after an Ex-raw agent has made sensational claims about her association with anti-CAA protests at JNU.
N K Sood, a former officer of Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) , today alleged that Bollywood biggies are linked to Aneel Mussarat, a British businessman of Pakistan origin.

According to media reports, Sood has claimed that Deepika Padukone took a hefty sum of Rs 5 crores to lend support to anti-CAA protests at JNU and it was funded by Aneel Mussarat, a businessman who is said to have close ties with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Mussarat is Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s close associate and has even funded his political party, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Sood alleged that Mussarat hosts ISI and Pak army officials who visit London.
Deepika conspired JNU protest with Pak agent, alleges Kangana
The official Twitter handle of Team Kangana also posted a screenshot of an article of Deepika not inviting both Sushant and Kangana to her lavish wedding. The tweet further stated that Deepika had hired a Pakistani agent and conspired the JNU protest.

Swara Bhaskar trashes ‘wild allegations’
Actrss Swara Bhaskar rubbished the claims that Deepika was paid Rs 5 crore to attend students protest at JNU in January this year. She called the claims ‘vulgar and outlandish’.
Swara wrote, “The kind of idiotic misinformation that is peddled ceaselessly by RW about #Bollywood is partly why we as a public accept any kind of conspiracy theory – however vulgar and outlandish! A rampant culture of stupidity…”

Deepika made a surprise visit to the JNU campus, three days before the release of her movie ‘Chapaak’. She stood there with the protesting students, as a mark of solidarity against the CAA law.
