New Delhi: Bollywood’s renowned actress Katrina Kaif is currently riding high on the success of her latest blockbuster Tiger 3 in which she has featured alongside superstar Salman Khan.
Meanwhile, the actress is equally excited for the ultimate clash that will take place between India and Australia in the finals of Cricket World Cup 2023 in Ahmadabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday (19 November)
Katrina calls Virat a “Lovely Neighbour”
While having an interaction session with her fans on Social media, Katrina was asked by a fan to say something about India’s ace cricketer Virat Kohli.
Replying to the same, the Tiger 3 actress, without any hesitation wrote, “Superstar, Inspiration and the most lovely neighbor.” Along with her message Katrina also shared a picture of the cricketer from 2022’s T20 World Cup.

Katrina’s excitement for Cricket World Cup 2023
Previously, while having a world with Press Trust of India (PTI), the actress spoke about her excitement for the epic final encounter between India and Australia in the finals of the ICC World Cup 2023.
Speaking about the same, the 40-year-old actress called the multinational tournaments a “delight” and appreciated the Indian team for their dominating preference in the game.
She said, “I’m cheering for Team India, they have played phenomenally well. This entire World Cup has been such a delight to watch.”
Interestingly, Katarina has kept lauding team India’s star cricketer Virat Kohli as well as his wife Anushka by calling the couple good neighbors.

For those who don’t know, Katrina Kaif is neighbors with Virat Kohli & his actress wife Anushka Sharma. While Virat and Anushka are already residing in their lavish housing Society in Mumbai, Katrina has recently started living in the same building post her marriage to Vicky Kaushal.

Meanwhile, Katrina’s Tiger 3 saw a slight drop in its collection owing to the fans focusing more on the Cricket World Cup’s upcountry final clash between India and Australia.
However, the movie’s overall performance at the Box office is still impressive as it has minted 300 crore rupees (Worldwide) in just 6 days of it’s its theatrical release.
The actress will be next seen alongside south Indian Superstar Vijay Sethupathi in his upcoming thriller Marry Christmas which will hit the theaters next year on 12th January. Besides Katarina and Vijay, the film, directed by Sriram Madhavan, also features talented actors like Radhika Apte, Tinnu Anand, and Aditi Govitrikar in key roles.
