Notably, the latest development was just a few days after Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was allegedly killed by the members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The same gang is said to be the accused of threatening Salman Khan in 2018.
The threat was linked to the blackbuck poaching case of 1998, in which the actor was one of the accused.
However, Lawrence Bishnoi is currently under arrest and has been lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.
The Delhi police is questioning Bishnoi on the killing of Sidhu Moose Wala.
Moose Wala was shot dead by a group of assailants on Sunday just a day after the Punjab government cut down his security. In the firing, the singer received 19 bullet injuries on his body.
