New Delhi: Veteran actor Shabana Azmi was on Thursday cheated by an alcohol delivery platform. She made the payment for ordered item but didn’t receive it, later they also stopped taking her calls. The actress shared the details on her Twitter account.
In a Twitter post, the 70-year-old actor said that she was conned by Living Liquidz after she placed an order at the platform, but didn’t receive it.
“BEWARE I have been cheated by them. #Living Liquidz I paid upfront and when the ordered item didnt turn up they stopped picking up my calls,” Azmi wrote, sharing details of her transaction with the delivery platform.
“I paid Account no.919171984427 IFSC- PYTM0123456 Name living liquidz Paytm payment bank (sic),” she added.

Netizens share their ordeal with similar alcohol delivery platform
Minutes after she shared her ordeal, Twitter users informed the actress that most of the phone numbers displayed on Google for alcohol delivery are fake.
Some of them even advised her to register a complaint with the police.

I’ve ordered from their https://t.co/m3o97In8Iw website multiple times. At least for my area, they’ve never accepted payment online, even if you select digital options. they send a CC machine with the delivery guy.
