New Delhi: The news report of killing of more than 45 Chinese soldiers in violent face-off in Eastern Ladakh at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) seems to be true as the Union Minister today confirmed about inflicting heavy casualties on the Chinese side.
Making big revelations for the first time after violent clashes at Ladakh border, Union Minister and former Army Chief General VK Singh today said that our jawans must have killed more than 40 Chinese soldiers in the violent face-off at Galwan valley.

Speaking to News 24 channel, General VK Singh revealed that Chinese PLA were taught a lesson for their misadventures and a couple of them were even captured by our jawans, which were released later.

He said this in reply to news reports that about 10 Indian Army men were held captive after fierce clashes at Galwan valley’s Patrol Point 14.
General VK Singh saluted the martyrdom of 20 brave soldiers and asserted that their killing be avenged at the right time.
