New Delhi: In one of the most brutal murders caught on camera. A 16-year-old allegedly killed an 18-year-old for not being able to eat biryani. The incident was reported from North Delhi’s welcome area when the accused wanted to eat biryani and asked the victim to give him 350 rs which he refused. The two then indulged in a fight and the accused then strangled the victim. The accused then dragged the body into a cramped bylane and started stabbing the side of the neck mercilessly. The accused was also seen dancing in between during the crime. The whole was captured in the CCTV camera of the area. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
