New Delhi: Meet the Youngest IAS officer who overcame the obstacles of life and fulfilled his dream. 21-year-old Ansar Shaikh is the son of an auto-rickshaw driver and he hails from Jalna village in Maharashtra. His parents always taught him the importance of education in life more than anything else. Despite being financially weak his parents ensured that he got a proper education. Ansar scored 91% in his tenth standard and completed his undergraduate studies in Pune. Ansar chose to focus on Political Science and Marathi in the UPSC exams. Ansar achieved an all-India rank of 361 in the IAS exams in 2016. He has set an example for many aspiring students who wish to crack UPSC.
