Just heal, because
Upaasna and Dhyaan are interchangeable terms, leading us to remain in deep, concentrated and one pointed meditation in the healing realm. The Highest Reality of the healing books is strictly beyond thoughts and words, beyond time and space, beyond cause and effect and in one word beyond all the forms of the mind. Healing action is not that which is thought by the mind but that by which the mind begins to think. It is not that which the healer comprehends, it is not that which the eye sees, but that which delivers the light through the Pure Consciousness; acting as the convenient stepping stones to the highest experiences. Recognise yourself as a fit healer for meditation, healing and worship. So be at liberty to choose the healing process and tune in to taste the nectar. Healing hugs of a new temperament. Love from intense teachings.
