Peace on Earth!
Meditation.
Begin by appreciating your mind, your body, your life, your emotions and your relationships. Place your right hand on your heart and let us begin to explore our difficult thoughts, emotions and experiences. Perhaps you are noticing the weight of your hand on your chest, maybe a vibration or a temperature difference. Maybe each heart beat as you expand your awareness, take it all in with each inhalation and exhalation. With kindness and curiosity I invite you to investigate the key values you have learned from your family and friends, how they impact your relationships with the other people in your life. Look at your life with the privileges you have, the nature and the impact of your presence on other people around you. As we conclude this meditation, let us heal and pray and be grateful for all that was revealed today. Knowing that you were deeply healing and were being healed as you participated in this process in togetherness. Healing hugs of a new mental narrative. Love from a brave and safe place.
