New Delhi: PM Modi addressed an election rally in Bihar’s Patna. In the previous two rallies in Darbhanga and Muzaffarpur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted the opposition over Covid-19 crisis.

In the last decade and a half, Bihar has strongly stepped up the move from misrule to good governance under the leadership of Nitishji, said PM Modi.
