New Delhi: Amid the ongoing border conflict with China, Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi visited Ladakh on Friday morning, with Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat and Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane to take stock of the situation.

PM Modi’s surprise visit to Ladakh assumes much significance as both nations are engaged in stand-off at a couple of locations in Ladakh including Galwan valley, Depsang and Pangong Tso lake.
