
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday sent out a clear and strong message to China over its aggression across the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh and said “India is capable of giving a befitting reply, in any kind of situation”.
In no uncertain terms, the Prime Minister stated that the “sacrifices of our soldiers at the Galwan valley will not go in vain.”

PM Modi said, “India wants peace but when instigated, India is capable of giving a befitting reply, be it any kind of situation.”
PM Modi’s message came during a virtual meeting with Chief ministers of 15 states and Union territories. They also observed a two-minute silence as a tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives during the Galwan Valley clash.
