New Delhi: Recently an IAS officer called Ranbir Sharma was suspended and tied to State secretariat in Chhattisgarh after video of him slapping a youth went viral, Ranbir Sharma was posted as Collector of Surajpur district.
Now another clip is going viral from Shajapur district of Madhya Pradesh. ADM of Shajapur, Manjusha Vikrant slapped a shop owner after his shop was found open during the lockdown restrictions.

Manjusha Vikrant is the recent IAS officer whose video of slapping a person for violating lockdown norms. The other being Ranbir Sharma who got suspended by the state govt. after the incident where he slapped a young boy and broke his phone by throwing it away. The boy said that he came out for helping his ailing grandmother. IAS Sharma later apologized for the incident, while, CM Bhupesh Baghel also tweeted that a new phone will be given to the youth as a compensation.
