New Delhi: Among the most notable events of the last week of April, the reigning monarch of record-breaking streaks—TVN’s newest Korean drama Queen of Tears—took centre stage. On April 28, the romantic comedy ended, with the Queen of Tears team commanding both lists of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors.

Queen of Tears actor Kin Soo Hyun’s fan base has been going wild for him recently. Reportedly, at the 2024 Baeksang Arts Awards, held at COEX in Seoul, Kim Soo Hyun—who had a spectacular return to television with the phenomenal smash series Queen of Tears—strode down the red carpet. The annual celebration honouring performers from all areas of Korea’s entertainment industry is celebrating its 60th year this year.
