A majestic and sacred space unfolds when we open our heart chakra and bring in the light of forgiveness. There is an excavation of the wounds and the graves of sadness are washed away. Rejoice as we find our new way.
Meditation
Connected to the energies of your heart, affirm that you are truly important to yourself. With your right hand touch your face and affirm “I want to know you more. “Then see a beautiful golden lotus and a pristine white light arrive somewhere close to your face. See them rest gently near your forehead. They whisper that they come to you from the earth, full of humility and sacredness, as you recognise them as your friends they disappear somewhere inside your forehead. You feel a sense of calmness and comfort, almost like you have got a vital part of yourself back, something that has been missing. Then you know somewhere deeply in your heart that you need to be more humble with yourself, and you need to recognise the sacredness of the light and Mother Earth. Life is really a miracle, what we do with it is our choice. The biggest miracle is when we recognise that we need to do the healing on a daily basis, and in the process connect to the sacred within. Healing hugs from the golden lotus. Love from the white light.
