My healing mantra:
“Education.”
The most important point is that we know the effect of the heart; that inherently creates haling expansion and profound common sense to constantly flow like a river, day and night. Education pervades our whole experience of life. As we gradually learn, even the most turbulent emotions fail to seize us as we always flow with the calming energies of the healing patterns. Our actions are always connecting us to new thoughts, new ways of doing things, good or bad, whatever thoughts arise; we know that we can dip into our reservoir of education and continue to heal all. Neither tracing the past nor inviting the future but living in the now, only experiencing. Healing hugs of joyful experiences. Love from the knowledgeable people.
